Vegan for a Week Day 2

Breakfast:

Protein: ~14g
Lunch:
Lentil vegetable soup + Spinach + Nutritional Yeast + Sprouted-wheat toast + Vegan margarine(Earth Balance)
Protein:~29g
Snacks:


Orange, Apple
Protein:<1g




Dinner:


Smoothie + Sprouted-wheat toast + Sunflower seed butter + Jam (Crofter's Superfruit--Europe)
Protein:~18g
Snack:
Air-popped popcorn + Vegan margarine + Salt + Nutritional Yeast
Protein: ~4.5g

Total Protein: 66g


**Edit to add: I got hungry while packing my lunch and had about 1/2 a serving of plain, raw tofu and swiped a finger full of peanut butter bringing my total protein to 74g!
