Vegan for a Week Day 7

Breakfast:

Protein: ~10g

Lunch:
Spinach salad + Lentils + Quinoa + Hummus/ N.Y. dressing
 (Un-picutred: 1/2 slice bread + ~1/2 tbsp sunflower seed butter)
Protein: ~30g
Snack:
Chocolate granola + banana slices + soymilk
Protein: ~4g
Dinner:

Soba noodles + Tofu + vegetable broth + mushrooms/ broccoli
Protein: ~24g
Total Protein: 66g
