Breakfast:
Overnight Oats

Lunch:
Wilted Spinach + Butternut Squash + Chickpeas + Hummus
Protein: ~11g
Dinner:
Tofu Scramble
+ Potatoes (cooked with nutritional yeast) + toast
Protein: ~28g
Snack:
Baked apple fries
+ peanut butter, asian pear
Protein: ~ 7g
Total Protein: ~62g
